Yo! My name is Anthony and I am a certified life coach with a focus on ​masculinity, charisma, and leadership. I primarily work with young men ​between the ages of 18 and 24, although I have no issues working with men ​who are older. I’ve been interested in self-development for over 12 years ​and have thorough insight into the modern man’s struggles. We are allowed ​to cry and express our feelings now, but the overall lack of masculine ​guidance in our lives has left many of us directionless and floundering with ​these emotions. The “manosphere” has many influencers that often ​contradict each other as well. One influencer is teaching young men how ​to attract women, while the other is teaching them to “go their own way.” ​The space I’ve created is intended to help nourish your individual sense of ​masculinity in a transparent and open minded way. No colorful pills ​required or promoted!

My personality:

I’ve always been a class clown and enjoy a hearty laugh so you’ll find that ​my work is injected with a bit of humor and self-awareness. That said, I’m ​very passionate about what I do and hope to leave a lasting impact on my ​clients. When people describe me, they tend to associate me with the ​element of fire because I take on situations with high-energy and intensity. ​Although I’m an advocate for strong masculinity, I have just as much respect ​for femininity, and I am able to utilize that side for compassion, empathy, ​and understanding.

When I was in my late teens/early 20s, I didn’t have the kind of guidance ​that I now hope to give to others and I didn’t have the money to pay for ​that guidance either. For those who can’t afford regular sessions, there is a ​place for you. I have strong opinions and convictions, but I always try to see ​the other sides of the story. This has allowed me to stay centered and ​compassionate, which is why I don’t require or push any kind of pills. But I ​am intensely curious as to WHY you chose that color, which we’ll dissect ​throughout our sessions!

On Charisma:

I believe that we all have innate charisma and it’s an important part of ​being a confident man. If you struggle with exuding your brand of charisma, ​all that means is that it needs development. There are some people who ​can light up a room with quiet charisma. They may not speak often, but ​everyone listens when they do. Then there are those who uplift everyone ​around them with witty banter. As you work on your self-development ​journey, we will figure out how you can BLEED CHARISMA in your own way ​that feels natural. The most attractive men aren’t the ones built like models, ​it’s the ones who are confident in their skin and aren’t afraid to be ​themselves.

On Leadership:

I’ve been in multiple leadership positions throughout the years, some not by ​choice. I’ve found that I have natural leadership qualities and would love to ​share my knowledge with those who are interested. On that note, I also ​strive for humility. As confident as I am, I’m aware that I’m still young and ​I’ve got A LOT to learn. I have made many mistakes and I will continue to ​make many more. Hopefully you can learn from them! My style of leadershi​p involves respect to and the foundation of a chain of command. We will go o​ver this more in our coaching sessions.

Interests & Hobbies:​

Fitness is a central ​part of my life. I try to maintain a very active lifestyle with a job that has m​e on my feet, as well as 10-15 hours of exercise per week. I enjoy weight ​training, intense cardio, and muay thai. If I stick to one routine too long, I g​et bored so I always switch it up!

Nutrition is also ver​y important to me because I grew up being the “fat kid.” I'm still a fat kid a​t heart though, so don’t be surprised if I conquer a whole pizza in 10 minutes… ​with moderation of course, heh.

My favorite music gen​re is heavy metal. You too? Let’s talk about it! I was a band kid in high scho​ol but I’ve now settled on bass guitar.

I'm a fan of pro-wres​tling, Dragon Ball, the MCU (Phase 1-3), and Avatar (cartoon series). The​se stories have been very inspiring to me which is why I can always go back an​d watch them.

Growing up, the subje​cts that really intrigued me were English, Modern History, and the Soci​al Sciences. If it doesn’t make a lot of money, I’m probably interested i​n it, hah!
